Q: “What are your rates?”

A: Depending on what you’re looking for, our rates may vary. Our staff is always ready to answer any questions you may have by phone or even email (via our ‘Contact Us’ page)

Q: “How would I get my equipment on a maintenance schedule?”

A: This would consist of our technician inspecting your equipment and giving you an estimate on how much it would cost to maintain the equipment on a regular basis.

Q: “Do you sell Swamp Coolers, or A/C units?”

A: Unfortunately we do not sell equipment retail, but what we can do is quote you on delivering and installing equipment for you.

Q: “Will I get the same technician every time?”

A: Depending on where you are located, you may get the same technician often, but we cannot guarantee it will be the same technician every time. What we do to maximize your quality of service is have our technicians communicate about the job so that one may easily pick up where the other left off!

Q: “If a technician is at my place of business doing maintenance, and something else HVAC related breaks or does not work properly, would that be an extra charge?”

A: Extra charges may apply, depending on what the issue is, if our technician has to travel to get parts, etc. But discounted rates do apply to all maintenance customers.

Q: “What about the fans on my walk-in coolers, do you take care of those as well?”

A: Any fans having to do with just your walk-in cooler are refrigeration, and unfortunately we do not service those.

Q: “Two technicians showed up this morning to do my maintenance, am I being charged extra for that?”

A: Unless quoted by us, and approved by the customer in advance, there will be no extra charge for a second technician.
